'39 Chevy 2dr Sedan
For the sake of thoroughness I included this photo. I'm checking the fit of the roof before I glue it in position. The top and the back are near perfect but I need to drop the part I removed  down about 1mm. Again the radius of the delivery is just smaller that the sedan.
Yet another cut was made to flatten the roof as described above. Everything was held together with transparnet tape while the glue set up. I finished cutting through the side panels and popped them out. Let there be light !
I took field measurements as discussed earlier. The bottom of the rear window was 34" and that converts to 36mm and the top was 31" which at scale is nearly 33mm. The window was 11 inches high .
From the bottom of the window to the trunk measured 4 inches. So I added a strip of styrene and mounted the window to it. All glued up and dimensions check out.
And now the trunk.
