| Driffield Christian Fellowship is a congregation in the market town of Great Driffield, situated in the picturesque East Riding of Yorkshire, England, U.K. The population of Driffield is approxiamately 12,000 people. Our desire, at DCF is to see Driffield and the surrounding districts affected by the Power of the Gospel and its people reached for the Lord Jesus Christ again. After prayer and research we felt strongly that the Lord was leading us to facilitate a 24 hour united (Acts2: 1, 1 Tim.2:8), prayer and praise watch which we held in September 2000, (see Hangar Event). Although this was primarily focussed on this area we are by no means inward looking and participants from further afield were keen to sow into this area through the Hangar Event, believing that the people they represented would also reap benefit from it. It is our prayer that, like the streams that rise in the Wolds and flow across the county, so in the same way the Holy Spirit would flow from the church of Jesus Christ to give His life to this area.
