Upper Paint Fork
This is a scene in my neighborhood, captured after a lovely cleansing snow had blanketed the area and muffled the sounds of the day. It was painted in acrylic on canvas and is 24"x36" in size.
Water Iris

A recent work-an attempt to depict a unique moment of light and beauty on the grounds of the Smithsonian; a moment that begged me to linger on the grass and bathe in the glow of our sun.
