NEXT DAY, SECOND DAY, and THIRD DAY ON all in stock item shipment are available at published UPS Rates.

International Shipments: We ship worldwide. Shipping charges will vary with the weight of the a package and distance. The shopping cart system will calculate the freight as you place your order. You will have the option to choose a shipping method (and the cost) prior to entering any payment information. We try to ship parcel post, whenever possible. Certain countries have size restrictions on packages, and cannot be shipped via parcel post. In these cases we must use a courier service, and the cost can be considerably more.

Payment: We accept or you can send us a personal check or money order.

Returns: You can return any items that are not considered custom made that you purchase from us, for any reason, for a full refund, within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be returned in the same condition as when shipped. We do not accept returns on used merchandise.
Custom order returns:

Re-pack the items in a sturdy box with a copy of the original packing slip, if available. There are instructions, and a return form on the back of the packing slip. This return form makes it easier, but is not necessary. If not available, include a detailed note explaining exactly what you want us to do (exchange, refund, credit). Send the package prepaid and insured by UPS GROUND or the US POSTAL SERVICE. For your protection, please insure the package. Used, misused or incomplete items are not returnable. Merchandise returned over 30 days from the date of receipt are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and are eligible for a merchandise credit only. Special order and personalized items are not returnable
