In May there is the Supercross Finals when Sam Boyd Stadium is host to the top motorcycle riders of the United States and other countries. There are concerts all year long and many companies hold conferences and seminars in Las Vegas.
There are hotels that offer a chance to experience different areas of the world. A smaller version of the Eiffel Tower at Paris, a pirate show at the Treasure Island, a volcano erupts at Mirage, Aladdin gives you the experience of and the Venetian allows you to take a gondola ride. This is just a few hotels and experiences.
There are several experiences away from the gambling and shows. You can take a helicopter ride to see the lights of the city or a bird's eye view of the Hoover dam. Many of the casinos offer bowling and movie theaters.
Another great thing about Las Vegas is the dining experiences. Every casino offers a buffet while some even offer themed dining such as Excalibur's Tournament of Kings where the audience experiences a jousting tournament while eating their meals with their hands.
