| Left: red,pink and white peonies.. They require little care and can be divided in a few years Many times, division improves the blooms and makes a healthier plant. I also grow peonies in a part sun area of the backyard gardens While they don't make as many blooms. they last longer in the shade. | Irises blooming in my sunny garden., They need minimal care and multiply freely, Just give them a little bulb fertilizer and when crowded, split them in the fall I just added the pink/rose Iris named Impressionist to my garden in 2007 . |
