Our wedding!  June 18, 2000
Originally planned to be an outside ceremony at the Log Cabin, Mother Nature decided that it would be a good day for drizzle. So, the ceremony was moved indoors. But, we still had a wonderful civil ceremony where the Justice of the Peace, Marc Rudolph, officiated. Noga looked absolutely stunningly beautiful in her wedding gown, while Ernie didn't look too shabby himself. We incorporated a couple Jewish traditions into the ceremony, and Mr. Rudolph said a few words about the both of us. Before we knew it, we were declared Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Akira Flory! The guests went to an adjacent room to enjoy cocktails and appetizers, while we took pictures with the family. Then it was off to the reception, still inside the Log Cabin. Here, we were formally introduced by the D.J., Tony, and recieved all of our guests. Funny note - there was an elderly couple nobody remembered inviting, and it turned out that they were 'professional' wedding crashers. The management politely asked them to leave, though. The food was great. The music was outstanding. The cake was unique. The dancing was exciting. And everyone had a good time!
