Elite Pageant Designs is proud to announce it's 1st Photo Contest
This photo contest is open to the following age groups:
* O-5 months
* 6-9 months
* 9-12 months
* 1-2 years
* 3-4 years
* 5-7 years
* 8-10 years
* 11-13 years
* 14-16 years
* 17 & older
The lucky contestant chosen as the winner in each age group will receive the following:
* $100 Cash
* Title Sash
* Beautiful Tiara
* And many, many other prizes
The 1st photo contest deadline is December 21st, 2003. The winners will be announced on December 23rd, 2003.
Entry Fee: $10.00 for the 1st Photo, $5.00 each additional photo.
Judging: Based on photo quality, impression from photo and overall look. If entering more than one photo, scores from all photos will be added together and averaged to get one score
