No frankendolling 2. Moving dollz are allowed 3. Only 1 entry per person 4. Only 1 vote per person 5. The doll must be a bmp or a gif 6. Only transparent or white backgrounds unless stated. 7. You can use whatever base you want, but you have to credit the base maker.
