The requirements of each client and each work effort vary. We will work with you to establish an appropriate method for guaranteeing that you are fully satisfied with the support and services provided to you by MAIC Ltd.
We work with a written agreement on a time-and-expenses basis. The agreement offers protection to the client against disclosure of any sensitive information that is learned by us during an assignment, and clearly states our role as consultants.
For all consulting work performed at our offices, we receive an hourly rate plus direct expenses. For all consulting work performed at other locations, we receive a daily rate plus direct expenses. We require of all first-time domestic clients a deposit (retainer) of at least 80% of all estimated fees and expenses before work begins. The required deposit (retainer) for all international clients is 90-100% of all estimated fees and expenses.
In some cases, we work for a flat fee or at reduced rates when long-term agreements are negotiated. MAIC Consulting Fees are therefore structured o suit your needs.
