The following scoring rubric will be used to evaluate all written submission during OPERATION: PHILANTHROPIST.  You can use this rubric as a guide to determine where the strengths and weaknesses of your group's work lie, and to help you focus those areas where you need to improve.  This scoring rubric may also help you to determine the effectiveness of your written assignments in other subject areas.
