That figure is some what an over estimate as it does not factor out how many of those children are born to immigrants all ready resident in England or Scots or Welsh parents, and then the situation becomes dangerously worse.

Fact     There are still in excess of 1 500 000 English people out of work. The first priority should to train / retrain those people to fulfill the roles required. Investment should be put in to training English children to do the work that’s needs to be done.

Myth    Immigration helps Exports

Fact     If it takes a Pakistani to do trade with a Pakistani how can we expect an Englishman and Pakistani neighbors to understand each other?

Fact     The above implies that our own culture is insufficient. A claim if put against any other culture would be condemned as Racist by those saying our own countries culture is inadequate. How come those areas that are most ethnically culture enriched are those that English people least want to live.
