Enlisted Spouses Club Scholarship

Eligibility


Any dependent child that is a high school senior or college student, or any spouse of an active duty or retired military personnel living in the counties of Craven, Carteret, or Pamlico in North Carolina are eligible to apply. Or of deceased military personnel who lived in those counties. The student must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a full time student for the fall of 2000. The student must have a GPA (Grade Point Average) of 3.0 or higher. The applications must be typed or printed legibly in black ink.

There were 13 scholarships given this year. Three for $1000, Six for $750, and Four for $500. Scholarships awarded are based on academic performances, references, essay, finanical need, community service, and school activities. The names and other identifying information are removed from applications for scoring.

Deadline


The deadline for the 2002 scholarships has passed. If you would like to be added to a mailing list of applications for the 2003 - 2004 school year please request so below.
