Code of Conduct | ||||||
The following Code of Conduct is designed to guide the actions of all guild members in a manner that shows a positive representation of the guild. It is as follows: General * Treat all fellow guild members with dignity and respect. * Excessive use of "foul" language will not be tolerated. * Guild members will attend guild meetings if at all possible. * Kill stealing, intentional training and harassment will not be tolerated. Should you come into conflict with another player, remain calm when dealing with them. Should the other player not listen to reason, attempt to contact an Officer or Leader within their guild and/or send a /petition and /report on the offending party. * All allied guilds will be treated as guildmates, with the same courtesy and respect. * Members are not allowed to be anonymous (/anon) when travelling within Norrath. Please use roleplay (/role) instead. We want our Guild Name to be seen. * No begging for equipment, powerlevelling or anything else, either inside or outside the guild. It is okay to ask for help, but do not expect everyone to drop what they are doing and rush to your aid just to hand you free gear and a few levels. We conduct raids and host events for such things. * Guild members will not cheat other players. We are members of a guild to support one another and to have fun. Betrayal is grounds for immediate guild removal. * Be patient. We don't plan to be an uber guild overnight. But we may get there tomorrow. * Check the message board and guild calendar often. Information will be posted to the boards on events, raids and other guild business. It is in your best interest to know what is going on within the guild. Guild Meetings * When someone else "has the floor" do not interrupt them. Please raise your hand and wait to be acknowledged. * When disagreeing with the "speaker", try to suggest your own ideas on the topic. * No duelling, spell casting or spamming during guild meetings. * Be courteous and polite. You will receive the same in return. |
