Email or regular mail us with your request and we will send you a confirmation email detailing your order. Please attach your photo to the email.
When paying with a check/money order, please be sure to write your order number on your check.
Orders paid by check or money orders are not shipped until the funds have cleared.
Sales tax will be added to and collected for all orders shipped to addresses within the State of New Jersey.
Orders are typically shipped 3-4 weeks after we receive them.
When your order is ready to ship, we will send an email notice to you that includes an order tracking number so you can track your order online.
Your order will be shipped via ground transport (UPS or FedEx). Typically, orders shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground require 5-7 days to reach you or your recipient after the order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and we'll coordinate a replacement free of charge.
