The Riddle

Hey everyone! I've received a lot of praise for my Pepper Suit section, so I figured I could add a new section to my already brilliant page :)  So I'll put it this way: How would you like a copy of this amazing picture, autographed by me!(even though I didn't create it) All you have to do is answer my riddle about the Beatles' songs and albums, email me the answer, and get yourself listed in the Hall of Fame! I'll try to do the bi-weekly for various prizes. Onto the riddle?

Part One: -This is a song on Rubber Soul -George played the sitar backwards on it -"Isn't it good?"

Part Two: -This is a man involved with the Beatles -Died 1967 from overdose -Company's name-NEMS

Part Three: -This is a phrase in one of the Beatles' songs -Has to do with the Paul is Dead rumors -Track Two, Side Two, Magical Mystery Tour is where you'll find this one(eighth track on CD) Note:I will accept TWO answers on this one.
