Phil Declares Winter Not Over Yet
Just like the movie Groundhog Day, Phil the prognosticator of all prognosticators has seen his shadow.
The Pennsylvania native surely scurried right back down into his warm and cozy hole to continue his resting but not after telling us something that we probably could have told him when winter started. As one of the coldest and snowiest winters hits the northeast, we can only only hope that those six weeks go by pretty fast.
