VALOR- Review
Continuation...
The next time we see Webb, he's in a truck having a disagreement with Harm
over the evening's plan. Harm irritates Webb enough that Webb has to remind
Harm who is working for whom this evening. The plan falls completely apart
when Sgt Steele takes matters into her own hands and leaves the tracking
device on a bench in a hallway and disappears.
The next morning its obvious that Webb is exhausted and has been up all night
trying to locate terrorists, missing Marine Sgts, and warning possible terrorist
targets.. Some Webb sarcasm comes through, finally, when he has to tell Harm
that he didn't put her out there "because I didn't like her haircut." He was in
a bad spot, and as a good operative, had to do whatever he could to get the
information he needed. As they are debating what happened the night before, why
would the Sgt. leave her belt, an explosion in the distance stops the debate.
They all know now where the Sgt. is. The only question left unanswered at the
moment is: what had been the intended target?
A crater in the road is all that is left of the terrorists, Sgt. Steele and the
vehicle. The Sgt. dentonated the bomb while on the way to a group of American
school children. She detonated the bomb to save them.
Ah, almost forgot. Tinnor and the Admiral planning the engagement party for Mick
and Mac. Oh my, oh my, oh my....it is sure to be a party that will be, shall we
say, one of a kind? Never to be replicated again? Unique? Poor Admiral. How he
got to be an admiral and not have seen that one coming....I hope the writers
continue with this story line! Its to good not to continue!
The end of Valor leaves Webbies with one pressing question; one that may never
be fully resolved. A question that triggered debate and lots of thinking on the
part of Webbies. It even led to an official Webbie poll. Which is better? Light
suit or dark? Will we ever know the true answer? Does it really matter? As long
as it Webb?
It also leads the Webbies in mourning.....Webb may be done for the season. Sob!
March is WAY to early for webb withdrawal to begin. Civilization as we know it
may cease to exist. Webb withdraw starting this early..ugh!!! Its going to be a
L-O-N-G, D-R-Y, really, really boring summer. Where's my tapes? Give me that
remote!! This webbie is preparing to survive, as best she can, the dull months
ahead. Wrapped in her trench coat, wearing out the batteries in her remote.
