		Our Platters come in 3 sizes Small -  feeds 4-6 people per platter Medium -  feeds 6-8 people per platter Large -  feeds 8-10 people per platter Basic Platters -  a selection of meats, vegetables, cheeses & fruit Dessert Platters -  a selection of sweet delicacies to round off any occasion Seafood Platters -  a selection of calamari, scallops, prawns, mussels, crab & fish tastefully prepared.
				Picnic Baskets
			Our Picnic Baskets are made up according to the number of people each basket is suppying & are priced accordingly.  Maximum number per basket is 6. Basic Picnic Basket -  contains a selection of crusty bread & crackers, a choice of 2 cheeses & 2 sliced meats, pickles, butter or mayonnaise, fruit in season & our Texas Chewy Chololate Brownies. Choice of canned soft drink included. Gourmet Picnic Basket -  Made to order**.  May include salad, seafood, speciality bread etc.  Please call to discuss your preferences. **These are individually priced.
