POETRY

I love the creativity and challenge
It instills within your mind
When you create a poem
And try to make it rhyme



Your thoughts create images
That are written on the page
For everyone to read
No matter what their age



It sometimes tells a story
That may make your laugh or cry
Sometimes you'll stop and think
Or even give a sigh



But once the poem is written
Your work is then complete
Enjoyment and pleasure
With your poem some can relate.
