				Welcome to the Home Page of the  Federation of Amateur Radio Operators
					The Federation of Amateur Radio Operators (FARO, or Federation) is a amateur radio club affiliated with the American Radio Relay League.  The Club is active in various aspects of amateur radio, and has a special emphasis on amateur radio contesting activities. Most of the Club's activities occur in Southern Illinois, near the St. Louis metropolitan area.
