| WEEK-LOONIE FOR PCCM Philippine-Canadian Centre of Manitoba, Keewatin & Tyndall 1. Every Filipino-Canadian, who can afford, is invited to donate a LOONIE a week for the construction and maintenance of the Philippine-Canadian Centre of Manitoba ( PCCM ). 2. We use the so-called CLUSTERING SYSTEM of 20 persons per Cluster. A Cluster Leader is designated to recruit his/her members and collect from them the weekly or monthly donations. 3. Each Cluster may choose a special name for identification. 4. Each Cluster member donates a LOONIE a week, or $ 4 per month, or $ 52 a year. 5. The Cluster Leader issues a PCCM Temporary Receipt to every donor of $ 10 or more, and submits his/her collections to Rev. Dr. Neil Parado, the Special Fundraising Project Coordinator ( 489-9604; 999-5153; revneil@myexcel.ca ), who issues him/her a PCCM Temporary Receipt for the total collections sub- mitted, and then turns over the money to the Treasurer. 6. Tax-deductible receipts are issued upon request for donations of $ 10 or more. 7. If you want your name to be recognized appropriately in the new Centre, the minimum donation is $ 150. Of course, you may donate MORE than the minimum $ 150. 8.
