If that is the case please contact either Darron Huntington or Tina Huntington and one will be sent to you. Agreement I, __________________ The owner, president or authorized agent of the above named business or organization do hereby apply for booth space at Spirit Day on Saturday March 29th, Reid Park, Tucson Arizona in the area near Ramada’s 5 & 6. I agree to abide by the following rules while I am a merchant at Spirit Day 2003. 1. I agree that Enchanted Images and/or Sin Tara’s Tattooing is only providing a space for me to set up my booth on. I shall be responsible for providing transportation to and from the event, any tables, chairs, canopies, tents or other items needed to set up my booth. Enchanted Images will secure any additional permits, as needed, from Tucson Parks and Recreation at my expense for the operation of my booth at Spirit Day. I agree to set up my booth between the hours 6:00 A.M. and 8:45 A.M. in the designated merchant area at Ried Park for Spirit Day 2003. 2. I agree that no motor vehicle shall remain on the grass after the set up of my booth. All vehicles will be off the grass by 8:45 A.M. or merchant will be asked to leave. 3. I agree to always have a person in my booth during the hours of 9:00 A.M. & 5:30 P.M. 4. This event will be held rain or shine. I agree to hold Enchanted Images and/or Sin Tara’s Tattooing not responsible, its member and officers, their families and the Tucson Parks and Recreation Department for any damage or loss of merchandise, property, or injury to my person or that of those employed by me resulting from weather, theft, mayhem, or any other circumstance arising while I am in attendance at and in transport to and from Spirit Day 2003.
