First and foremost I would like to take this time to thank those who came out and participated during Spirit Day 2002. It is our hope that you will join us once again on March 29th, 2003. The date was changed due to several other community events going on at the same time. (By changing the date we have made it easier for everyone to be able to attend without missing out on any other activity.) The event will still be held at Reid Park, corner of 22nd Street and Alvernon, Ramada's 5 & 6 from 9am - 6pm, a map has been added for your convience.
For those who may not have been able to attend, or are new to the Tucson, Az. area let me summarize last year's Spirit Day events. We had several vendors ranging from tarot readers, arts and crafts, jewelry, books and a children's jumping castle. We also had several Non-Profit Organizations who provided information on various topics ranging from religious beliefs to alternative treatments and medicines.
We at Enchanted Images and Sin Tara's Tattooing feel that holding an annual event like this, which by the way is FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, is very important. It not only gives us the chance to get to know who our neighbors are, perhaps learn about something that we had no knowledge of before, but have fun doing so as well.
