A reminder that a tournament will be held on June 5, Sunday at Roeding Park (note: practice makes a perfect play).
Bot, Ted, Eric, Toto and their families attended the 2004 Pacific Life Open at Indian Wells (California), March 10-12, where they saw all the top players including Federer, Safin, Roddick, Agassi, Hewitt, Philippousis,Grosjean, Davenport, Henin and many, many more. Click here for pix.

Spring 2004 ushered in a lush and a bountiful feast of plenty for CCVFTC at Roeding Park this Sunday, March 28. Lots to eat, but most importanly tons of fun and laughter being shared on- and off-courts.
It was a perfect California tennis day - balmy in the early morning, warm at midday but never scorching in the afternoon.
Eric, Pete, Ted and Nonoy emerged as the winning foursome in their respective brackets, taking home the much coveted trophies. But it was the pleasure of sharing the courts and exchaning topspins, slices and lobs with other competitive players that they valued most.
Much thanks to Marian Thomson of USTA-Northern California for gracing our event and providing some prizes. Same goes with much sincerity to Kuya Mar (and his lovely wife), Normi, Eric, Chit and Lucy for their selfless dedication in promoting the success of this event and other club activities. Special thanks to Larry for sweeping the courts, and of course to everyone who showed up.
