Yesterday I was taking Magnum out to potty and one of our little dogs was hanging around by his area. Magnum decided he better take his bone with him. I told him no, he couldn't take his bone outside so he put it back and started to come but decided he couldn't leave that bone. So I told him to give me the bone so I could put it up. He brought the bone over and I put it on top of his crate. Then he was happy and went outside to do his business.
Last night Erica had a friend over to spend the night. They were making M&M cookies in a stainless steel bowl that I had given them to use. They came into the living room where I was sitting at the computer to ask if the dough was o.k. for putting the m&ms in. I told them it was and they went back to the kitchen. Magnum got all riled up when they came in and I couldn't figure out what his problem was. He had just been out to potty so that shouldn't have been his problem. Finally it dawned on me, the bowl the girls were using to make the cookies in looked like his food bowl, at least to him it did. I finally had to give him 1/2 cup of food to get him to settle down again. He's a pretty smart dog. |
