Welcome to my car page

My first car was a 1987 Ford Escort GT. That lasted about two years and the poor car started to croak so I had to get rid of it. I think the old saying goes like this. Fix Or Repair Daily or Found On the Road Dead (FORD). For the first three months that I had this car, it stayed in the shop for about one month. That is of course total number of days they have to fix something they do not know what. Every time I went to pick up the car I would ask what the problem was, the only answer they can give me was, ...we ran some test, everything seems to be fine and it's working.

My next car was a 1990 Acura Integra. This car is great, reliable, comfortable and great performance. I have added some pretty good things to the car since I bought it. I have a custom stereo with 800 watts of pure power. Nothing bridged or anything like that. Up front the head unit and CD-changer are from Alpine, a Premier DEQ-7500 provides the necessary DSP/EQ/Crossover. Tweeters and midranges are from Infinity. Two Kicker Solobaric 10 provides bottom end. Two HiFonics amplifiers, one Boltar, and one Gemini provide power. The whole interior is also lined with Dynamat to keep unnecessary vibrations quiet. Pretty neat for a sound system put together in 1992.

Two years ago I took off everything related to car audio. Six months ago I tried Drag Racing and now I am focusing on the performance side of the car. To learn more of what I did, am doing, will do in the future please click on the Mugen Power logo.

My second Integra was a used 1988 SE. As soon as I got this car I started fooling around with it. My friend John and I installed Tokico Illuminas and Eibach springs on it. This was while John was attending an auto mechanic school and he had access to the schools tools and lifts. It was a lot easier working on a car, on a lift. I even installed a new HKS Exhaust on the car. After having fun with it for a year I sold it and bought another car.

The other car that replaced the 1988 Acura Integra SE is, my most recent car purchase, a yellow 1995 BMW M3. I love this car. Everything about this car is great. I can not think of anything that I would like to replace...for now. I know that I want more power, but that can wait.
