Ever wonder how beautiful blinkies on some websites were created? want to amuse your friends?

, download a file called Microsoft Animator Gif, it's a program that will link all your gifs together, like little cartoon movies, if you make someone move, you have to draw the person walking, bring them forward a bit, and another bit, and another bit, then link all those pics together, which makes it move faster, then it'll be a person walking.

All of the blinkies picture above are very simple.
1.You have to work like this, put a downloaded or a self-drew picture, put it in microsoft paint, and put some letters or a bouncy ball in. Save it!
2. Work on the previous page, add some changes, ie. sparkle the letter, change the color of it, move the bouncy ball, do something! Save it in another file(it helps like the previous one, name it blinkie 1, and name this file blinkie 2).
3. repeat the previous step, here are the examples:

Step one: I found a picture on the internet, and I put some letters , if you want the file, click here to go to the download list or you can get the file from me by adding me to your msn), and I put a bouncy ball that i can move later on to other places(to make it more cool and more animated). I saved this file as I rule1.

Step two: I moved the bouncy ball upside down and changed the color of the button so it looks like now the R is in.
