Comments/Afterthoughts: Overtime is one of my personal favourite love story. It has an excellent and unique plot with terrific cast and a lot of touching and comical moments. Actually I read the episode synopsis from Shuji's Drama Universe before really watching the serial. I was so drawn by the story just by reading. I finished reading the 12 episodes in one go u know! But frankly, I think it is unwise to read episode summaries before hand, it sort of spoil the mood, especially when the end is disgusting and hateful like in overtime. When I watched the serial itself, I was bored at some point because I already know the story, however, it's not long before I was addicted to it again. The humour is what that keeps it going. Another thing? Sorimachi and Makiko is the X-factor! I can't say I'm a fan of both, but I think they have great chemistry in the show. Sorimachi looks really suave in the serial. Just love his hairstyle! Sweet! Fav Scene: Almost any scene with Natsuki and Soichiro is a classic. I love seeing them together. I also like the one where they evasedrop on Soichiro's phone conversation with Sai and were teasing him about Disneyland. A funny one! Fav Character:

Cute Element:Definitely Natsuki. U'll laugh at her silliness now and then. Endo is cute too, I also like ENDO!!! =) Hate Factor: The ending! Don't think this one is like other Japanese love story with sterotyped endings! You'll be shock, you'll be sad, how does it end? See for yourself! Worth Buying/Watching? 101% YES =p don't wanna live a life with regret? Take my advice! |
