CACHAÇA we offer is a HAND MADE process. It is based on personalized procedures introduced in step of the manufacturing. From cane harvest until the destillation of fermented syrup, all steps are achieved under the strictest demands of hygiene and quality of the ingredients used in the manufacture process.
One of the most relevant features of the HAND MADE CACHAÇA is the separation, during the distilling process, of the HEAD CACHAÇA, from the MID CACHAÇA (or from the HEART) and from the TAIL CACHAÇA. What goes into the bottle is the HEART. The result is smooth flavor, soft and unforgattable aroma.
We have more than 150 brand of CACHAÇA from all Brazilian states with quality certified by governmental agencies and by high standard tasters.
Together with this asset, we offer the whole cultural universe of CACHAÇA, including books, video tapes, accessories and special “add-tasters” to escort the tasting.
