	For our latest availability calendar click here . We have availability throughout the year, though Easter and Christmas is often booked up a year or so in advance. If you need to go during a peak period make your plans well in advance. We also have other owners who we can contact on your behalf contact us and we can do our best to help you. Our rates are very competitive, and we often have the odd week going at a discounted rate, check our specials page . Booking is confirmed when deposit of Ł100 / US$150 is received. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to your departre.
