Membership Guidelines For
Gateway To Friendship Net Ring

We are a group of loving caring women from all walks of life, between the ages of 18 and older, that have gathered together to meet and become friends. We share our interests and our varied talents but most importantly we are their for each other, enriching our own lifes as well as making a difference in the lifes of our fellow sisters. If this sounds like a group you would like to belong to, we would love to have you.


Criteria For Joining Gateway To Friendship Web Ring


  1. This Gateway To Friendship Web Ring is set up for our MEMBERS ONLY. If you are interested in joining this web ring and are not a member of Gateway you can go to: Join Gateway To Friendship If you leave our group, or are removed for whatever reasons, then you will also be removed from our web ring.

  2. Gateway membership is open to WOMEN ONLY

  3. You MUST be 18 years of age or older to join.

  4. We will not tolerate any member promoting another group using the message board, chat, egroups or via our web ring.

  5. Only family safe sites will be allowed on this ring. This means no illegal or offensive content, no pornography, racism, satanism or adult material or links to illegal or offensive content will be accepted.

  6. It is MANDATORY that you are subscribed to our Gateway To Friendship "Announcement" Egroups. This Egroups must be active at all times on "individual email" as it is our only means of sending out necessary announcements from our Founder Debbie/TBears or the Executive Committee.

  7. You must SUBMIT THE EXACT URL that you place our ring segment on. Please have the courtesy to let us know when and if you change your url location. The email address to notify us is... gatewaytofriendship@yahoo.ca

  8. Make sure that you use the same email address on the application form as you used in requesting your invitation. Please have the courtesy to let us know when and if you change your email address. The email address to notify us is... gatewaytofriendship@yahoo.ca

  9. After submitting your site to the ring you have 2 WEEKS TO ADD YOUR SEGMENT TO YOUR SITE. We will do anything we possibly can to help you put our segment up. Until our segment is correct on your page, you will not be moved from our queue meaning you will not show in our web ring.

  10. Please remember to keep your web ring url and email address current. We check monthly for any and all sites bringing up errors. Any sites with problems will be moved to the queue and the owner of the site will be contacted. You will have a 2 week period in order to correct the problem or you will be removed from the webring and queue.

  11. Be sure to save the ring fragment code that will be mailed to you if you are accepted into our web ring. The segment should already be customised according to the informaiton you submitted on the join form.
