Do Not Ever Promote or Vote for Anything or Anyone who takes Rights Away From You, Votes Away From You, Money Away From You, and Simple Dignity Away from You.

We should never have to apologize for who we are as lawyers.  We built this country from the very beginning!  Society would be lost without us. "Reforming" the legal system by tricking folks out of their rights, including their right to be represented by a good lawyer, does nothing in the long run except invite tyranny.  Blaming lawyers and the justice system for society's ills is UnAmerican.
You need general Information to have an idea of what is going on around you to make informed decisions.  Keep your eyes open and always do your own research. This website is informative and educational.

I just wonder, how many people have been taken in by popular propaganda that the lawyers are out to cheat them, that they can effectively represent themselves, that they can get their legal advice and guidance from a "pro se co-ordinator", librarian, form - filler, "paralegal", policeman, probation officer,  and that in doing so the will be just as successful and as if they had the valuable services as from a licensed lawyer.  Do they believe  that legislation, constitutional amendments, and bar rules  that limit folk's rights in any way is good thing?  I assume everyone reading this is a natural person and intelligent enough to work a computer. If this is true, you may also ask yourself "who is pushing these changes?", "who really benefits?" and "who is going to lose to that benefit?"  If the answer to the second question is not you and the answer to the third question is you, you need to take a hard look at the answer to the first question.  A good lawyer always puts his client's interest first.  No other businessperson does that. Do you think the various branches of govenrment  are as attentive to your rights and interest as your personal lawyer?   Do not be afraid to let me know what you think!
It is always good to get a fix of  your temporal location, where you are in time because somewhere always has a very good relationship with "somewhen".  We cannot stop time, we ignore it to our peril,  so we might as well use it to our advantage.  Note the date and time (Eastern Time, a.k.a. This is just a pointer to help you find me on the world wide web, it is not advertisement and it is no reflection on  a whole lot of reality.  You should never be too quick to judge a man's metal on the quality of any web site, his or somebody elses.  If the internet is the "world brain," then it also is full of inconsistencies, fantasy, missconceptions, vanity and of course a little bit of good stuff!  There are a lot of idiots out there that actually make life changing decisions on the strength of a web page.  Make your choices wisely and not too heavily reliant on a search engine.
Besides being many things, including a lawyer, mediator, arbitrator, scholar and general man of mystery, I at times resemble a politician, none of which is incompatible with religion and morals and if anyone cannot reconcile those for themselves, then they themselves need some self examination, not me.
One of the best things about the internet is that it can bring us together an dhelp us in ways that we never imagined before. some of my favorite things it can do is get us access to massive libraries of printed material so that we can taylor our own customized learning curriculums and it can also provide us with free software to make us much more productive.  We can thus develop intelectual and productivity levels that we would otherwise have not been able to afford to aquire.
