GET HO HO HO! Sunday teams & proposed seeding

GET HO HO HO! home
 Saturday teams/seeding

These are the teams playing SUNDAY in still preliminary seeding order.

Seeding has changed and is changing based on responses and further consideraton.  Please check your team and send in comments (on your team and any others).  Keep checking this page for updates.

Your seeding will determine which division you're in (see below).  We expect to have an 8-team DIV 1 and either a 14-team DIV 2 or 8 or 6 teams each in DIVs 2 and 3.  See last year's Sunday formay for how the 14-team DIV will run.  You can vote for your preference.  Division breakdown may change based on field conditions.

It's likely you won't know many of the teams, but feel free to say which division you'd like to be in or think you belong in based on other teams you know.  If you're basing on GHHH! history, it looks like the teams overall are stronger this year and the upper two divisions go deeper.

(Teams in blue are playing both days. We may adjust the seedings after Saturday's results are in.)

SUNDAY DIV 1
  1. Woods Hole
  2. Santa Claws, Philly/NJ/NY (Susan Peters)
  3. Not-So-Magnificent 7/UFX, VT/NH (Nolan Burkhouse)
  4. Fresh & Clean, NYC (Adam Turner)

  6. Tubbs (Scott Westerbeke)
  7. Harvard Suckwagon (Kyna Fong, Nina Glass)
  8. Wellesley Whiptails & Co. (Christina Chang, Merritt Evans, David Milks)
I'd like to keep DIV 1 at 8 teams.  If there is great demand from two teams to move up, DIV could expand to 10, but that format is significantly inferior.  Next we'll have either an 8- and a 6- team division (DIV 2 and Div 3) or one 14-team division.

DIV 2 (16 teams) or DIV 2 & DIV 3 (8 each)
  1. SHAd (aka Moo Jah), VT/MA (Clover Burns, Clayton Cardin)
