Glen Isle (GIBL) Rob Courchaine granted permission to move his franchise to the GIBL Boston Red Sox on Thursday, November 6, 2001 by Scott Appleby and Paul Legault, Commissioners.  He was originally awarded the Montreal Expos, Tuesday, September 18, 2001.
