supreme part of happiness. -Sophocles `~
One fateful day in July, a baby
called Jacintha was born in Alexandra Hospital. Her life begins as follow...
1989 - 1990>> Enrolled into
Evangeline Kindergarden at King Albert Park area. Spent 3 whole years there and
made many friends, esp. Japanese friends!! Miss them so much.
1991 - 1997>> Lucky for me, I
got into Raffles Girls' Primary School, with the help of my sister. I made many
friend there. It was really a different experience as I had many friends of
other races/ nationalities there. I love the class of 1C, 3E, 5D and 6A the
most!
1998>> Posted to Chestnut
Drive Secondary and hate it at first sight. I decided to appeal into Bukit View
Secondary and I did not regret it! I also had my Braces (orthodontics) put on
this fateful year and I have to 'suffer' for another 3 years!
1999>> My streaming year and I
was still playing! Regretted everything after the results came out but it was
too late. Our class of 2E1 had to spilt up and most of us went to different
classes. Had a great party at the end of the year! I regretted not missing the
great Millennium party!
2000>> Survived the Millennium
bug but have to struggle to keep on going coz I took a big jump from sec. 2 to
sec. 3. I'm currently taking English, Chinese, E Maths, A Maths, Combine
Chemistry/Physics, Biology, Geography. It is a great combination but I have to
work really hard! I did better than other years academic wise and my school's
netball team won 2 games which is a great achievement!
2001>> This year the netball
team did not win any game which is a great disappointment to all of us! My
academic results dropped but its still considered ok but could have been better!
Took off my braces in October *finally* but I still have to put on retainers.
Took the dreadful GCE 'O' Levels this year and it was a breeze for most papers.
All I can do now is sit here and pray nothing goes wrong this time! Found out
that I was posted to Pioneer Junior College which is my third choice!
2002>> PJC was a great place!
Bowling was the best! Anyway I did well for my 'O' Levels L1R5, 12points, BUT I
didn't continue with college instead I went to the Polytechnic (tertiary school)
and did a diploma in Optometry.
Till next year...
