The Stone Age Settlers
My brother, Dylan and I went up the hill near home. The river was all blocked and there were trees in the way so we went up to the very top of the hill. It is all covered in grass and there was peace and quiet. We saw a Stone Age person come towards us. He had scrunchy long hair. His clothes were animal skin. He was carrying an axe over his shoulder. We were afraid so we hid behind a rock. We watched as he chopped some wood. We decided that we would follow him. We walked for a long time. We came to a hut. It was made of sticks and animal skins. There were two children playing outside. I think it was a boy and a girl but I am not sure because they both had long scruffy hair and they were wearing the same sort of clothes. I went up to them and asked if they wanted to come to my house. One of them nodded his head. He followed me back to my house. Mum and dad were at the shop and I brought him in to the kitchen. When I opened the door of the fridge he saw turkey. He ripped the legs of the turkey. He threw the bones on the floor. He drank the orange from the bottle and it all spilled down his body. I brought him out to the field. He saw sheep and chased them. The sheep ran to the gate which is bent so they jumped over it. The sheep were all over the road. The cars coming had to brake. The cars frightened him and he ran away.
