As a strolling fiddler, he has entertained at coffeehouses, community fairs, craft festivals, art events, and as an on-street busker. As a music educator, he has presented lectures on the history of the fiddle, wandering entertainers, and Irish music at libraries, conferences, and senior healthcare facilities. As a percussionist, he led the acclaimed Minstrels of Enchantment, has facilitated numerous drum circles and taught North African percussion workshops.

Terry's experimental fiddle style is derived from Mediterranean, Gypsy, Celtic and Appalachian traditional music, and is influenced by performers as widely ranging as Django Rinehart to Ritchie Blackmore.
