This month's award deviates a bit from the norm and goes
to
"Send Paris My Love," maintained by Chookie - an Anastasia
movie site (1997 version) with lots of fascinating scripts -
Javascript, that is. The site makes use of new (and old) Javascripts
to offer falling snow, stars, greetings according to the time of day,
ripple-effects, and much more. You can read fan fiction, learn how
to waltz, or play the creative web site game, "The Music Within."
The only flaw in this lovely site is the fact that there is no
"non-Java" alternative site offered, for those with slower
browsers.
There is, however, a site map. But if you have the time, do
go by the main page...there's a new page with a new Mini Fan Fic every day!
