#104 at North Pointe on Grand Cayman's north side has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an attached master bathroom.  Just above the queen size bed is a georgeous view of the aqua blue Caribbean waters. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed with easy access to the 2nd bathroom, living room, and lanai. Central air conditioning keeps the condo at a comfortable temperature. The kitchen is fully furnished.  We have a microwave, oven/range, dishwasher, in-sink garbage disposal, and blender.  There are enough cooking utensils to serve just about any cooking need.

We have a large screened-in lanai with an incredible view of the Caribbean.  Enjoy the view of the sea, tropical breeze, and the sound of waves from the comforts of the condo.  Walk out the lanai's door and you are merely steps away from the freshwater pool, white sand beach, and Caribbean Sea. The freshwater pool has an attached kiddie pool.  There are beach towels and water floats in the condo for our guests to use. The condo is equipped with a washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, color tv with cable, and telephone.  The bathrooms are furnished with starter supplies (toilet paper, etc.).  If you happen to run out, Chisholm's Grocery is only 5 minutes away. We have a local maintenance man available in case of an emergency.  Phone numbers are posted on the refridgerator. The Driftwood Sports Bar is a short walk away.  There you can play some pool and cheer on your favorite team.  Don't forget about the Famous Sunday BBQ!!
