Low Season: April 15th - December 14th
$1680 per week ($240 per night) plus 10% government tax
High Season: December 15th - April 14th
$2100 per week ($300 per night) plus 10% government tax
Holidays
Thanksgiving Week:
$1900 per week ($275 per night) plus 10% government tax
Christmas / New Years
$2450 per week ($350 per night) plus 10% government tax
We accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, and Visa/Mastercard.
Half of the total is due upon making the reservation. This secures the condo.
The remaining half will be billed at the time of your vacation.
All credit card charges will be handled by "Pat Lang Condo".
