A welcome from our pastor
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to introduce
ourselves to you. Bethesda Community Church is the large white
building on Beach Street just south of Motorola in Fort Worth.
 We
have been a vital part of our community for more than 60 years.
Our congregation is large enough to help, yet small enough
to care.
I would like to invite you to visit with us.
I think you will like "the how'' we do things, and you will
be helped by the things we do as we reach out to help resolve
the problems facing our community.

| Join us at 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, in the Bethesda Youth
Hall for The College Well. The event will featurea night of
young adults showcasing their talent.
Cost is $5 per person, but if your bring two guests it's
free.

| Fall Fun Festival
set for Oct. 31 |

It's time for the Fall Fun Festival, Bethesda's annual effort
to provide a fun, safe alternative to traditional Halloween
festivities.
All area children and adults are invited to participate in this
free event. Children can play games at dozens of booths to win
candy and other prizes.
The event is from 6 to 9:30 p.m. at Bethesda Community Church,
4700 N. Beach Street in Fort Worth.

Golf Tournament |

| The Fourth annual Bethesda Golf Classic will be Saturday,
Nov. 3, at Eierra Verde Golf Course in Arlington.
Cost for the 4-man scramble is $68 per player. Registration
fee includes gree fee, golf cart, range balls, lunch, prize
fund and priceless fellowship.
Although the event is sponsored by the Men's Ministries,
the tournament is open to anyone who wants to fellowship and
play golf.
The tournament will benefit Bethesda Christian School's athletic
department.
Check-in and registration is from 8 to 8:45 a.m. For information,
