The prices listed on this page are  the final ones. These rates will apply only if 15 double-guestrooms or 38 people are comimg at minimum. 

The hotel has agreed to give these same rates for people staying longer, either before or after the reunion once they make their reservation as part of the Greengates Class of 1990 Group.

The prices are per person/night in an All-Incluisve plan, which means it will include the following:

* Luxury guestroom with A/C, cable TV, hair dryer and safety box (we are trying to get all the rooms with view to the sea)

* Minibar service included and daily refill

* Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner daily

* Speciality Restaurants for italian or mexican dinner. Reservation required.

* National and imported beverages without limit all day long

* Room service 24 hrs

* Food and drink service at the beach or swimming pool area

* Water and land sports and activities including equipment and instructor. This includes snorkeling, scuba-diving lessons, sailing, windsurfing, bicycles, waterpolo, kayacs, tenis courts, pingpong, etc.

* Scubadiving in open sea (only for certified people)

* All taxes and tips

* Gym and spa and fresh fruit juices bar

* Night shows and daily parties

* Disco covers and drinks (in the hotel)

* Continuous coffe, soda and pastas service

* Welcome drink

* Fruit basket in each guest room

The rates for the guestrooms are given in Mexican pesos (MXN) at an exchange rate of $9.40 MXN for $1.00 USD approximately.

Double Room $ 1,088.00 MXN   or  $ 115.00 USD
