M7 serial number 103 as found ( left above) in a feedlot in Saskatchewan and with the steel and wood frame removed.
Above, ski mount retaining wedge and shaft. To remove ski, take the wedge out and slide the shaft out releasing the ski mounting hardware

Picture of the right side carrier and drive chain to the front sprocket. Also if you look at the top track, you can see the grousers visible for added traction.
