A month or so ago, Johnny Depp came under alot of pressure for comments he made that were seen as 'un-American'. I'm sure you recall the 'america is like a big dumb puppy' comment. People flew off the handle over this.
And I would like to say, WHAT THE HELL?
It's amazing how quickly people forget about our first amendment right to free speech [however, don't know how much longer we'll have that with Bush's proposed Patriot Act.] It's even more amazing how quickly people forget when the person speaking their mind is famous. Famous people have their opinions too, and sometimes its not what the public would like to hear. The public can kiss my ass.
