I never even knew this movie existed until one of my fellow H.O.P.E.L.E.S.S. members saw it at a local rental store. I'm not sure if it's based on any Lovecraft stories, but it said "Cthulhu" on the cover, so it had to be good. We were not to be disappointed... well, not much anyway. It's one of those classic stories in which a man (and sometimes his friends) are on the run from the FUZZ and just happen to car jack a master of the mystic arts and his mute "companion". Boy if mutes could talk, the stories they'd tell. Like the time me and Little Pete had those shaved weasels in that plastic bag, and then we... um... back to the movie. So that wacky little group goes back to "Cthulhu Mansion", where the magic man resides, only to be pulled onto a road trip to wackiness when one of the dopey friends unwittingly releases demonic forces upon the house and it's occupants. Old plot, but still worth pirating. Um... you didn't hear nuthin'. Even Gods have to worry about the 5-0, man.
