Hello children, time for your bedtime story. Once upon a time, there was a child molester/killer named Freddy Krueger. It seems that Freddy was burned alive one day and became some weirdo with a glove who kills teenagers in their dreams. Well, sure Freddy managed to kill many a teen, but he also got his ass kicked frequently! This movie is no different. Freddy finds his daughter, thanks to his manipulation of the last kid alive in Mr. Krueger's neighborhood. The kid brings Freddy's social worker daughter back to town, along with some more fresh meat for Freddy, who are brutally cheek pinched by Rosanne! The Horror! Not to be sexist, but I'm sick of every hero in these movies being women! It's become a staple of horror movie society! It's really monotonous. Freddy gets his ass kicked for the last time, heralding the end of the actual series. So long Freddy, see you in that "Nightmare on Friday The 13th Street" , or whatever they plan on calling it! Goodnight Eileen.

Sequels: I don't consider WES CRAVEN'S NEW NIGHTMARE as part of the series, so this is the last ELM ST.
