Oh yes, you read correctly, a puppet-laiden sequel! This time those demonic marionettes resurrect the corpse of their original Master, Andre Toulon. Needless to say, decomposition hasn't been wholly kind to the poor bastard. Wrapped up like Lon Chaney, Toulon takes a vacation from the land of the dead for a weekend among the victims... er... I mean, mortals. This installment's soon-to-be-corpi are made up of a group of horny, young, psychic INVESTIGATORS! Instead of psychics getting bad vibes before dying, as in the first "PM", these kids fuck, THEN die! What an improvement! With the idea of a reanimated corpse, people dying left and right, and horny people, this one kind of reminded me of a Jason film! Also, this movie intros us to Torch: by far, my FAVORITE of the puppets! He's got a flame thrower for a hand, and a look that just SCREAMS "You're gonna DIE camel fucker!". It turns out Toulon is trying to ressurect himself and his long dead wife in the bodies of... (dramatic pause)... GIANT PUPPETS! Oh the ecstacy! I wish I could be a giant puppet, but I wasted my third wish on becoming the Egyptian God of Death! Guess I should've watched this flick first. Oh well... Chuck gives us entertainment by giving us more killings, including a REALLY fat woman, a little BOY, and... Leach Woman and Tunneler (?!). Yep, two of those rapscallion puppets go to Puppet Hell, but not to worry, they make it back in time to make the other FOUR sequels, so be relieved. NO! I DIDN'T MEAN RELIEVE YOURSELF ON THE CARPET! Damn it, I hope you kids get potty trained soon, or your parents/ spouse/ friends/ pets are gonna get REAL pissed! Kudos to Band on another puppet movie that was SO close to perfection! I just wish he'd give us a sequel picking up where this one left off! I want carnage at a foster home! If there's one thing that all church go-ers will agree on, it's that we need more child death! Oh well, maybe next time Chuck!
