uh, yeah. busy day. a busy weekend coming up. and all i seem to do now is sleep. i take naps at lunch. i nap for a couple of hours after work. i oversleep every morning lately. on my days off, i go to be early. i can't decide if there's something wrong, or if i'm just getting old.

have you ever realized suddenly that you haven't seen in years a particular CD that you know you owned? i haven't seen it since i moved back to Tulsa four years ago, and only now realized it.

the WB is dropping Glory Days. i don't know if the show sucked that badly, as i've never seen an episode and had no interest in doing so. besides, they put Angel on vacation to show that last few eps of Glory Days, which is a bad way to keep viewers like me who watch only Angel on Mondays. and it pissed me off too, so i wouldn't watch GD out of spite anyway.

speaking of pissing me off, the WB still won't be bringing Angel back until April 15. between now and then, they'll be showing repeats of the makes-me-want-to-vomit-because-i-hate-that-fraking-show-that-much Seventh Heaven. this means that here in Tulsa, our local WB affiliate, which has syndicated SHit on at 9pm, will be showing three straight hours of SHit (i mean besides the three hours of shit shown on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays). i can't wait until that show ends up on ABC Family. you know it will.

in other Gets The Axe news, the WB also cut No Boundaries and My Guide to Becoming a Rock Star. i'm so broken up by this. feh, not really. i'd never heard of either until now.

can anyone tell me why "Chuckles Bites the Dust" is considered the best episode of any series ever? i watched. i "heh"ed a few times. i didn't think it was all that great. the friend who made me watch it thinks it's hilarious, but MTM is to him what Buffy is to me, so i can't trust his judgement. or his stupid answer. me: "why's this the best episode ever?" him: "because!" me: "no, really, explain it to me." him: "because, she laughed, then she cried!" ok.

it hasn't been bad so far. i went back to bed for more sleep. later called my sister and asked her to give me a ride to the tire place, which means i got to spend the morning and have lunch with her. we also planned for dinner at her house, which she just moved into, on Friday. the tire place took forever, but they did it for free, so i'm happy about that. and lastly, i finally get to work, and i'm the only one in my department here! yip! a half day of not listening to my departmentmates inanities! yay!
