These recipes are copied from a number of Vietnamese web sites. They are not written by me so I don't know whether they are good or not but why not give it a try. They sounds good to me

Here are our two most favorite recipes. Both dishes are balance between meat, vegetable and fiber so they are very healthy food and low in fat ... blah blah blah ...
